In my Discord community, I always talk about American Airlines. Friends, with American Airlines We did great. This is American Airlines. I'm going to talk about my biggest source of income .

This is actually mine... one of the most consistent and good setups I've found in my entire career. This stock is not a very fast- growing one, but believe me, I've gotten the most consistent premium from it than any other position .

And American Airlines has been a big part of that . Actually, let me show you something. Let me zoom out a little bit. Let's look at the 5-year chart. This stock has done nothing.

It has done nothing. But, that's the most beautiful part. Honestly, when a stock does nothing, that's the most beautiful part. Because if a stock does n't do anything, but you're selling options and using a wheel strategy , and the stock is n't moving anywhere, but there's a lot of volatility .

You can see the volatility. It's just going up and down , up, then down, up , then down , up, then down . I mean, it just repeats. It's the most repeatable stock that I trade in my community. Just doing the same thing over and over again.

So, airlines and bro, this stock, every time I sell a put option , sometimes I have to buy shares , and that's okay because there's always a strong support. I always say my support for American Airlines is $11, and for the last 5 years, anyway , 5 years is basically enough to retire.

And if I look at American Airlines, it was enough . Obviously, I didn't invest more than 10% because the position size always has to be right. I wish I had taken a big position on this trade, but Look, if you look at the last five years, it was very easy to run a wheel strategy on American Airlines.

So, you can see here that whenever you sell a put, there's a strong foundation. So, most of the time I do n't have to take the stock. Now, if I have to take the stock, that's okay because most of the time it's within a certain range.

So, I just sell the put and since it's within a range, you can easily get out of the covered call . And also, even after you get out of the covered call , you can get back in.

Let's say August , okay ? I sold a $9 put and nothing happened. I did n't have to take the stock. Here, you know, I sold a $10 put . I wasn't assigned. And then I just kept doing it every week .

And then, you know, sometimes you do n't get assigned at all. Let's say, between the 18th and the 25th, there's a little bit of a decline here. You can see here it's not from the 13th, it's not that much.

But, there are times when it will fall. Especially here, it fell, right? You get assigned. What do you do then? Covered calls , right? So, then you get out. Sell more puts , right?

You may get assigned, you may not get assigned. And then you get covered calls, right? Sell puts. Here, you get assigned and you actually get down a lot . But again, it's not a very long time.

It's only like 2 months. And by the way, I'm pointing you to a very tough time , this is the toughest time. And I would n't worry about it anyway, because again, $10 is my support level for American Airlines .

So, if you get down a little bit below 10, just keep selling puts and covered calls . So, you would have collected enough premium here that even here, if you had gotten out, in my experience, it was a profitable situation, because I've been doing this for a long time that the premiums have added up to a lot more than this drawdown.

Again, it does n't have to be American Airlines, you can use other stocks . Then I'll sell the covered call right away. And I'll generate income from that covered call and collect the premium.

And from there, I'll either release it or I'll roll it.

Let's see what positions I have open right now. I'm going to go into the total return of my stocks. Again , American Airlines is doing very well. I've reduced them. This is the first step in the wheel strategy that I have here. It's working well.

He actually sent me a trade here. Here's a screenshot, but it was American Airlines. So, I can see the average cost of American Airlines . We've done really well on the American Airlines wheel strategy, incredibly well.

That stock just moves along. So, whenever it's volatile, but it's in a range , we make great money. So, yeah, Greg is another one of my happy students. So, yeah, we've raised about 1,350 on it .
