Alexandria Real Estate, man, they started to rebound again. I wish I would have bought more of them when we first added them.
Again, Alexandria real estate has been rebounding um but not too much and I'd be I'd be more than happy to buy more of them. I think that's a very good like it's like a biotech kind of reat which is uh kind of a unique type of read and I I really like it.
