$CRDO

CRDO is a buy; forward PE of 22 is attractive due to significant growth opportunities in AI networking, optics, and memory scaling out through fiscal 2027-2028.

Now, the three stocks that I want to take a closer look at are going to be Credo, ticker CD. Credle is really kind of helping with the networking solutions of AI chip developments.

They have a lot of growth opportunities coming in in the future.

But with Credto, right? Credo right now, year to date, the stock is up about 19%. Right? But from its overall year-to- date peak, the stock is down nearly 46%. It did peak earlier this year at somewhere around $32.

Right now, we're seeing at $162. So, massive pullback.

Now, forward PE ratio for this company for the next 12 months is 22. I actually think that's pretty damn attractive, right? Ford P22 on a semiconductor company that we're going to see is growing revenue at massive levels.

A company that can benefit from this AI exposure as they have various growth avenues that we're also going to see. You're telling me a player like this market cap of less than $33 billion and with this massive growth opportunity working with some big names, I like the valuation.

One thing that really gets me excited is the growth opportunity. I mean, even though it doesn't seem to be growing at those 100% plus triple digit percentage points growth rates on a year-over-year basis, is still pretty darn impressive in my opinion.

I mean, by April of 2027, the market still expect to grow this at around 92 93%. In January, right, it's expected to grow around 57%. And I personally believe the market and analysts do underestimate how much this company could grow.

So we can see this nice revenue trend for this company. Those that are not familiar, Crito is really helping in a lot of scale out technology. So networking solutions to help servers and chips kind of talk to each other.

They're also kind of focusing a little bit more and scale up. They also do in optics and and a copper. There's various things that they're doing. And this is what gets me excited about Credo is many people just think about them for the copper cables.

But if we kind of look at their project timelines, they have various opportunities. First the 1.6T optical DSPs their first revenue is expected later this fiscal year. Their current fiscal year right now is fiscal year of 2027.

NPL near near package optics scale up design wins are ramping in fiscal of 2028. L ALC's microLED cables they're demoed in October. An initial revenue target for fiscal 2028. Omniconnect which is going to help with their memory solution.

Revenue is beginning on fiscal 2028 as well. Now they also have 1.6 AEC's active electric cables some contribution in the second half of fiscal 2027 while larger contribution in fiscal of 2028.

So you see that there's various opportunities that they're trying to scale out with with things like their AEC's. Then they're doing scale up with things like um the NPOS's and other solutions as well.

They're also trying to go in the omnicon which is a little bit of a memory solution. So all these growth stories, all these bottlenecks, Credo is one way or another going to have its hands in there.

And that's what gets me excited because as we did see from kind of the revenue expectations, most of those aren't happening in the next 12 months, some of them are going to follow the 20 fiscal year 2028, which is a little bit over 12 months.

So if the market is still giving me a forward PE ratio of 22.25, this is one of those stocks I like. This is one of those stocks that I am buying. This is one of those stocks I've actually been talking to about my community.

Watchpoints

Revenue contribution from new products like 1.6T optical DSPs, NPO, and Omniconnect
