There is another chart that also puts pressure on a potential breakout level. Now, this stock is already at the top of the chart. It's HPE stock. Let's go back a little. This stock appears to have been dormant since 2016, then suddenly in April of this year, it rose sharply on the chart.
Many investors are focusing on the AI capabilities in development , or on HPE's ability to use it in the future. As Dell's stock has recently surged, HPE is also receiving an influx of capital for its potential use in artificial intelligence.
What do we see here? We can clearly see a rejection zone. One pivot point after another. So far, the stock has held up, but if you notice, this is now we have gone up in this range once, twice , three times, and four times.
The longer the pressure on the $60 range continues, the greater the likelihood of it being broken and surpassed.
Therefore, the level to watch tomorrow is $61.85. If we close the daily price above this level, it puts HPE under observation for a near-term breakout, just as we just explained regarding Intel and AMD.
