I'm a big fan of real estate investment trusts, or REITs, and this Real Estate High Income ETF IYRI from NEO is one of my favorites.
It offers the opportunity to invest in real estate, but also has an options strategy that gives investors a stable yield of around 11%, which is much higher than the yields typically found from individual REITs.
It is currently trading at a mid-$48 price, with a blended PE of 31.5 times. EPS yield 3.17. The growth rate of consolidated operating income is 10.93%. Fair value ratio is 15 times.
So, relatively speaking, it is also going to be extremely expensive.
