KRMN has a bullish fundamental thesis driven by aerospace demand, but faces near-term technical pressure from a short report; a bounce to $44 is possible if the sell-off is excessive.

It's uh uh Florian Howser. Any thoughts on Carmen, ticker KRMN. This is a space stock, isn't it? Here's Carmen. Carmen Holdings. stocks been beaten down with a short report out a couple of days ago and no news from the company yet.

This is one that I um actually had talked about when it was uh forming a base uh down around 44 and a half. Um it's been forming that base, you know, from June to to almost the beginning of August.

And we had a run up to 60. Um that was the trade, but uh since we got up there and kind of went sideways, we've leaked ever since. What this actually does is testing for um propulsion systems and rock and rockets.

Um this is this is a uh this is one of the ones I was when I was talking about this. It was it had to do with that department of war angle and and all the different uh u systems and components that are are being made.

I mean, I think even I think SpaceX might even be a um or a customer of theirs or or Rocket Lab, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way, this is a company that um in my opinion is going to be getting a lot of uh uh business because we're we're getting going to be getting involved so heavily with more aerospace and uh and um uh rocket launches. Um, so that was the whole angle here.

Now, I don't know. I haven't read the short report, so I don't know what's in that or what they're By the way, I linked the short report in the chat here for anyone that wants to read it.

I, too, haven't read it yet. I'll send it through AI and see if there's anything interesting in it right off the bat.

Okay. U, but yeah, I mean, this is this could be, you know, a pretty pretty good opportunity if this is overdone. I mean, I I'd have to read the show report and see if how how good it is, but man, it's got a 20 RSI right now, and it's kind of hard to ignore.

So, there could be a um I don't know if we're going to see it today, but there could be some kind of reversal coming that takes it up to at least 44, which was a uh the former support area.

I mean, you just got to look draw a line of 44, a horizontal line of 44, and just look to the left. Uh this is you know most of the time it's been up here above it using 44 as support. So now it's resistance.

So here we go. So really quick the short report the tagline which is in the newsfeed here is anyone can pay $10 for a $5 bill. They're arguing that Karman is priced well ahead of the underlying business.

They say that the earnings quality is not great. They have valuation concerns about a 70 times forward 2026 PE. They have M&A and control concerns. Um, and then obviously the one that we linked there is just a preview.

It's paywalled behind the um, uh, it's paywalled for that J Capital I think is what it was called. Uh, J Capital Research Paywalled on on their website. But that's basically a breakdown there on Carmen.

Um, he uh, Keno is saying if you're going to space, you're going to need Carmen to get there.
