Met is 23% below.

Like Meta at $610 per share roughly as I'm making this video, $1.56 trillion market cap. So Meta share price is about 15 times I ren. But Meta Company is actually 95 times bigger.

So, this is why people say meta stock is expensive just because the share price is expensive, which honestly doesn't make any sense.

Meta is 23,

Now the second source and the you know next argument is put yourself in the seat of the buyer. So who's the buyer? Well the buyer is Microsoft. It's Meta. It's all the you know hyperscalers.

If you're Meta or you're Microsoft or you're a sovereign fund building a national data center, you are about to spend tens of billions on chips, right?

Let's go over into our next stock, which is Meta. 23 PE ratio. This is what I'm talking about. Very good value, $1.56 trillion company, the biggest business on the list and one of the lowest PE ratios.

So a trillion half dollar company trading at 23 times earnings. Looks freaking amazing to me. And Meta is the cheapest MAG 7 stock.

Ford PE ratio is the lowest. You can see here the highest is Tesla. Apple is next. Then we have Amazon and Google and Microsoft and Nvidia. And then here is the SPY or you know the whole entire S&P 500. And then we have Meta the lowest of the lowest.

So Meta is widely considered the cheapest Mac7 stock. a company as reputable, stable, massive as Meta when it was trading in the mid500 range in mid August. This was an absolute steal.

You can see here that I was just telling my Discord community I bought 25 shares of Meta. Now, that's a very small amount. And the reason why I did such a small amount was because I was just dollar cost averaging.

I already had Meta. I had LEAP options on Meta. I had 560 LEAP on Meta and 580 LEAP on Meta.

And you know, when I have my new challenge pretty soon here, I'll announce it probably in the next couple of weeks. I'm probably going to be trading more meta because Meta, I believe, is very cheap.

So, I said I like these stocks at these levels and people were excited. You can also see here that Meta stock for multiple strategies. I've been using it. So, I've been using it for the wheel 2.0, which is a video that I recently made, unique to me.

I've been running the wheel for a long time, but I started to adapt the strategy a bit more. So, I use meta for the wheel 2.0. I use Meta for LEAP options. And by the way, these are some of the other positions that I opened up in August.

So you can see August 24th here. You sell LEAP puts. You can see more stuff going on here of LEAP options and trades that I was posting in my Discord community.

Meta being in the low 600s, it still has a lot of room to grow. This is a generational wealth opportunity. I truly believe that. I think Meta will be a $3 trillion company coming from 1.5.

And I think that's possible in 12 to 24 months, which is a pretty bold and crazy statement, but not a financial adviser, but I think that is what's possible for Meta.

So, strip away the AI story for a second. Meta is an advertising company. Okay, that's primarily what they do. If you log into Meta, you'll see a ton of advertisements. You'll see ads every time you're scrolling the feed.

And there's actually a lot of kind of older generation on Facebook. So that is very lucrative for advertisers because obviously folks that are older have a higher propensity to spend money. So that is attractive to advertisers.

Advertising is the most important function of any business because without advertising you don't have sales and without sales you don't have a business. The product doesn't matter if you don't have any sales.

Okay, that's unfortunately how things work. Meta is the most one of the most valuable companies in the entire world because of the fact that you need eyeballs to make sales and you need that attention and that's through advertising.

So they have Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and threads. I hate threads so much. I don't even have threads. I actually don't even have an Instagram either right now. So be very careful.

There's a lot of scammers and spammers in my comment section on Instagram. The only way to actually work with me is through my description. Okay, I was reminded of that because I see Instagram here and I recently deactivated my Instagram.

I don't like social media too much. Uh I just like YouTube a lot. But Facebook here, um very strong. Instagram obviously huge for them. WhatsApp, they're not really like um they're not, you know, oh my goodness, WhatsApp.

Yeah, if you guys ever see like WhatsApp in the comment section, there's like an ocean of scammers on all the YouTube channels. I have an assistant deleting all those people that pretend to be me.

But WhatsApp, they're not monetizing. They are trying to monetize a little bit better, but they have so many users for WhatsApp. I think eventually it'll be valuable for them.

So anyways, billions of people, several hours a day in a business that charges other companies to reach them. Basically the largest attention pool on Earth. Rented out by the hour.

The business is already printing money and it's the one funding everything else that Meta does and that is the advertising business.

So why Meta is in the AI chain? Let's talk about that. Meta is the biggest buyer on this list. Chips, power, data centers. Meta is writing those checks at a scale almost nobody matches.

And yes, I know I misspelled um data centers. Anyways, Meta planning up to 145 billion toward AI infrastructure investments through 2026. And the new release is AI gentic task models.

You know, Muse, Spark 1.3. I'm very bullish on the AI portion. I think it's going to take some time for them to really get it together, but AI is a new industry.

So, yeah, the flip side is now you know why did the stock fall so much? the AI spending is enormous and that's always the concern. Are they spending more money than they can afford?

Hey, if you're a day-to-day trader, if you're short-term, maybe they are and that's that's risky, right? That's risky and dangerous. But for me as a long-term investor, I don't really care.

I'm not trying to be in the casino gambling. And I'm not day trading either. I'm looking for repeatable consistent income and I've been very successful at that. So, I'm not looking at the short term at all. I'm just looking at the long term.

So, Meta has had some legal issues. Again, all solvable stuff. They did lose a child safety trials and legal risks continue to loom over the business and that is very significant because yeah, that's going to cost them a lot of money.

But it did, you know, not to get into crazy too much ethics, but they do seem to have a lot of ethical issues and they're very addictive and targeting children, etc. Okay, I'm not going to get into the politics or the ethics of this.

We're just here to, you know, make money and invest in businesses. And from a business perspective, it's a strong business. Okay. Could they do things better? I think so. But that's how the world works.

Meta is a unique hybrid case where I'm selling put options, doing leap options, and other option strategies.
