$META

META stock is at resistance after a strong weekly rally; short-term profit-taking is logical, though an upward breakout remains possible.

Meta did better this week, announcing Muse, the integrated smart assistant that, in my opinion, features a great presentation and an attractive user interface , and I even like the small cartoon character that was chosen for it.

We have a lot of news to cover, but as usual, we'll start with MetaTrader's stock this week at 698. I don't think that includes the big jump the stock saw on Monday, but you closed the week, or at least the last five days, up 7.5%, and finished the week at 751.

These are levels MetaTrader hasn't seen since last year, I think.

This all comes as the company's artificial intelligence strategy is being implemented. Their ads are all about your life , and if you use Instagram in an area where these ads can be accessed , you can't ignore them. So, that 's the first point.

I think the timing of this Meta release was perfect. That's because advertisers on the platform take a short break before increasing their advertising budgets during the holiday season.

Think about it. If you have a product that is expected to sell during the Christmas or holiday period, you are unlikely to spend your entire advertising budget now. You are waiting until mid- October, and certainly November and December, when an intensive advertising campaign will be launched.

Therefore, the advertising market is currently experiencing a period of relative calm.

As a result, the Muse app is widely promoted across all social media platforms. It appears that many users are downloading it . But the most important thing is that we have seen this with artificial intelligence.

There is an initial promotional cycle . Whether it's Open Claw, Deep Seek, or any of the models we'll be discussing , including those launched this week by Anthropic and ChatGPT, each has its own promotional cycle.

Of course, Muse falls into a different category because it is consumer-oriented artificial intelligence. But will the housewife use it on a daily basis? Will she consider it an essential application in her life?

Some will try it , but I guarantee that many will try it this week, and it will be neglected in the app repository by next week.

The other discussion that I have n't seen raised regarding Muse is: Will this negatively affect Meta's current work? If the mother who watches football matches is not browsing and clicking on Instagram, but is doing so within Muse, then ad conversion rates may be higher.

This may be a better conversion mechanism in the future.

I fully understand all these arguments, but in the short term, will this affect traffic away from the activity that generates the most money for Meta? These are all questions that are difficult to answer at the moment, but what is certain is that this has spread widely this week , but I think that by next week , and after a few weeks, its luster will begin to fade , and then the real work will begin .

However, from an investment perspective, I think analysts are asking a valid question: Can genetic artificial intelligence be widely applied among the general public and consumers?

Because we have never seen anything like it before. It is true that many consumers use chat applications such as GPT and Gemini within the Google search engine , but this is one of the first examples of genetic artificial intelligence not directed towards business applications, but even towards a specific category, such as the mothers of football players on Instagram.

Will this create huge demand for CPUs and other technologies? Many people believe that. I have also seen reports that Meta currently has enormous computing power that makes such a thing not put a strain on its systems, and this is a topic worth discussing later.

Now, we are seeing many retailers, including insurance companies, banning Meta Muse from their websites .

The mechanism of action of Muse agents must be understood. They don't care about the content of your ads; they just scroll endlessly and do everything like that. Therefore, Muse is causing significant damage to the advertising market.

For this reason, companies with a strong advertising presence should ban them from their websites .

This great feature for Meta Muse was announced this week at the Meta event. I am really impressed, and we will discuss this topic in detail. I like Meta's approach to presenting the Muse device.

They gave it a cute little mascot, a distinctive name, and a great user interface. Muse features one of the smoothest user interfaces I've seen in AI systems . Therefore, I am very impressed with their presentation style.

As for Magic Muse, I don't know if it will sell well. I think it's not an expensive product, but rather more of a treat, like virtual reality glasses, a phone, or something similar.

But if this design succeeds, and when we move to the Google sector, they have this week introduced various language models , some smaller and some larger, in anticipation that companies like Samsung and other electronics companies will release devices similar to the Meta imitation.

Therefore, the competition will be extremely fierce. But one thing is for sure: Meta entered this field early.

I think the most exciting announcement she made, and perhaps the one that gives her the biggest lead, is the new Meta virtual reality glasses, expected to be released in the spring of 2027, at a price of $1,300, which is a relatively high price .

I mean, some of you are financially well-off, and $1300 isn't a big deal for you. As for me, with children and a family , I cannot justify spending this amount of money on these glasses.

But I think this design represents the direction that virtual reality glasses will take. These glasses look really great on people's faces. Certainly, that man looks very elegant, and has a Lenny Kravitz-like appeal.

Or in the event that Meta launches its flagship AI consumer app , which will top the download charts in this type of app, and will become widely popular on Instagram.

It is clear that Meta will use its own model, but how many companies like Samsung and LG will use other companies' models because they do not have the technology or data centers that Meta has?

But will it be enough news to move the stock price as we saw with Meta and even Microsoft this week?

Meta Company achieved a tremendous rise. Look at that green candle. We don't always see a direct rise on the green candle, but we often see a price gap followed by a move. This candle rose all day, I think that was on Monday, and then closed at that peak.

You are now reaching a resistance level at the MetaTrader arrow. This is a very logical area for any short-term investor in this stock to make some profits. Now, we are waiting for some things regarding Meta.

There may be a subsequent upward breakout, and this would be a very positive sign. It is slightly more likely that you will face some rejection here. If I encounter a sharp rejection, which seems rather unlikely, but a rejection to 680, I think it will create an excellent buying opportunity.
