Like Caesars and BitMGM, Flutter's stock hit an all-time low . "Flatters" is at its lowest level today. There are simply too many of them. And now " Robin Hood" has entered the game.

I mean, is that the problem here? Okay . I mean, I think the stock we have an opinion on is MGM , which is down about 10% today because Dealer withdrew its offer. I think he will come back.

You know, he had an offer of $48. And now it will be $38 . It is now priced at $33 per share. He tried to buy it through the company "IA". This is a great business that is being sold at reasonable multiples here.

I think it's trading at about 16 times. What interests us about MGM is that in 2031, they will have the only casino in all of Japan. They will have at least four or five years' priority over everyone else.

This exclusivity has its importance. Okay . I was talking to someone this week. Did you know that Hard Rock pays the state of Florida $500 million for the exclusive betting app in the state?

wow . The Seminole family is involved, meaning the tribe is involved in it. This is part of how they succeeded at it. But I don't know if that's accurate , I haven't checked it independently, but an insider said: "Yes, they are paying half a billion dollars, and that's why there are no Draft Kings in Florida."

I was unaware of that. This is crazy, no, this is insane, and just to clarify, they do not have a completely exclusive relationship. I mean, they have an advantage that puts them three, four, or five years ahead of others because building these facilities takes a long time.

So, it's great that they have a Japanese partner there. They do n't own it entirely , but the revenue they will generate will be very close to what they generate in Vegas. Analysts do not include that in their predictions.

I believe that sports betting agencies, excuse me, I mean the likes of the world's casinos, will be regulated. I think BitMGM will be perfectly fine. I think people will want to visit the casinos.

I think there is a temporary problem. People don't go to Vegas from Canada because Canadians hate Americans. This will change. You know that 2028 is not too far away . So there are many things that make it attractive.

Again, if you can look forward to two or three years, you may not even have to because I think Dealer will come back .

Watchpoints

Renewal of the acquisition offer by 'Dealer' (likely referring to a specific bidder or typo for a known entity like Apollo/Blackstone contextually, but sticking to text: 'Dealer')
