Monday.com has strong fundamentals and upside potential, but the speaker refuses to buy it solely on that basis.

Now, folks, monday.com. That's our third and final competitor. Trading symbol: MNDY. monday.com used to be known as a simple to-do list app. Not anymore. It's evolved into where entire companies keep track of their operations.
Who's doing what? What's stopped? What's next in each department?
Now, folks, I'll be honest with you. This comparison is the weakest of the three that Wall Street makes. That's okay. We're not here to impose A story to fit reality. We're here to do the math based on what Wall Street is saying and figure out the value of this business.
As the system searches, guys, it's a company valued at $3.48 billion. Enterprise value is low. That means, again, more cash than debt, which we love.
Look at this. It's selling for only 13 times its free cash flow. I bet this is going to be one of the ups, and it's already here.
Number one, revenue growth is still unusually strong. One-year growth, 24%. Three-year annual growth, 30%. Five-year, 44%. That's huge. Number two, AI is increasing customer value instead of just raising costs.
Monday.com is adding products and capabilities. AI-centric to their platform. If AI helps customers automate workflows, this will help them even more.
Number three, cash generation is growing faster than operating expenses. I love that. Look at this. Monday.com is currently generating significant cash flow. $300 million last year.
Their profit margin was 22%. The current price-to-free cash flow ratio is 12.8%. These are all significant things.
And their gross profit margin, guys, look at this. 89%. So, they're going to grow their cash flow faster than their operating expenses, which is great. Now, the downsides. Growth has slowed sharply as the company has matured.
Their return on equity is still weaker than their reported free cash flow suggests, but remember why? Their operating income is lower, which is a problem. But, look. Their return on equity is still 4.1%, and their operating margin is improving.
Finally, there are concerns about competition, AI disruption, and mitigating pressures on margins. These are all issues here, guys, and you can easily read about them. Wow, look at this.
All-time high in November 2021 at $450 per share. 52-week high at $220. Alas, this company has fallen from grace.
Let's look at our eight pillars. Oh, look at this. Not as bad as the others. Six checkmarks here. Return on capital, which is improving. Look, we have 4% last year. And our price-to-earnings ratio is negative because of their poor net income over the past five years.
So, I'm looking at this as potentially being very close to becoming an eight-pillar company in a very short time. The bears were already talking about diluting the stock. Let's see.
Oh, no. They're excelling at the limit-dilution game. They're actually taking the stock out of circulation. That's cool.
Let's see where the stock-based compensation is headed. So, we move on to the flow. Cash. Okay. Look, I don't like this, though. This is their concern, stock-based compensation.
It's constantly increasing. This could lead to further dilution in the future if all these options are granted correctly. That's the problem.
Okay, analyst estimates predict earnings growth from $450 to $956 over the next four years and revenue growth of 20%, 16%, 16%, 15%, and 5%. So, there's definitely a slowdown in their growth rate as the company continues to grow.
Okay, now we're in our stock analysis tool. Okay, so revenue growth. I'm going to put 10%, 15%, and 20% on revenue growth. Profit margin, I'm going to focus on free cash flow. I'm going to put 18%, 24%, and 30% because they have high gross margins.
So, it's very possible to get gross free cash flow that's above 30%.
For the price-to-earnings ratio, I'm going to use 16%, 20%, and 24, just like the previous company. And then the required ROI of 9.5%. I press the Analyze button. Now, guys, as you can see, I feel like I've made some pretty reasonable assumptions about Monday.com and other companies.
Here's what I want you to do it right now. I want you to start a 7-day trial for just $7. Because if I asked you how much that's worth to you, I guarantee you'd say more than a dollar a day.
So, click the link below and get full access right now. Analyze any stock you've been thinking about buying. See what the numbers are actually telling you before you spend a dollar or even a minute on it.
And these are the results of my analysis after hitting the Analyze button. I'll scroll down. Wow. I have a low of 145, a high of 700, and a mid-price of 330. Guys, there's a lot of potential here to allow for more equity-based compensation.
So, this company has a lot of potential. However, I'm not going to buy it based on that alone. I wanted to make sure that once I saw a lot of positive indicators, my numbers made sense by talking to the community and doing a little research with my AI analyzer.
