Then I have MPLX, which has a $20,000 stake. You'll notice it's one of the smallest holdings in this account, but it's one of the largest dividend-paying companies. I achieved a total return of 32%.
This stock was purchased in 2025, during the same period in which I was buying HTSM stock.
Regarding distribution income, I consider HTSM and MPLX to be two key pillars that I am building for the long term. But I am still young, so I am not necessarily obliged to improve the current dividend income at the moment .
I am focused on building a " cumulative returns machine" and long-term total return. That's why I have a lot of growth stocks here as well. Both HTSM and MPLX are dividend-paying growth stocks.
I believe you can get a very good return by reinvesting dividends in them.
