MU is undervalued at ~$900 vs logical value >$1,000 due to Nvidia supply chain visibility and future buybacks.

And and they them and SKHix and I think Micron are the only three companies in the world that have that bigger rule of 40 which is I mean it speaks to what Palanteer is doing but it's also because those are hardware companies.
there there's there's a reason why Micron and the Neil clouds are up after hours, right? That's a it's a good find, Jose.
Everyone in the ecosystem, Micron, SKH Highix, the Neoclouds, packaging companies, they have to also be able to support because there's all these other, you know, nuts and bolts, photonics, memory, etc. that go into the chips.
Yeah, it's surprising that the memory names aren't up more considering how long-term a lot of those deals are that they signed and at the size that they're signing them for specifically in this quarter separately from last quarter. like that's a lot of visibility just purely into Micron's potential earnings or SK highex um and they are up slightly quarter quarter point but you know not as much as maybe you would think after Nvidia raised their commitment so much primarily due to memory costs
But you know, you don't think Dell or SMCI or um a lot of the memory names that are continuously being a lot of the constraint here are not going to benefit. That's why we're seeing a lot of green candles across the board is the commitments that Nvidia just talked about is to the benefit of SKHEX to Micron to to many of these names.
if they take it down I wonder if they take Micron and Nebus and Bloom all these are up four to 5% after hours and I think for good reason if Nvidia is ready to have these many commitments explicitly they are saying the trajectory of earnings growth for the entire supply chain not just them is going to go on for at least another year if not two years
Do you think this was the earnings that can get memory back to all-time highs and as a result take semis in general back to alltime highs? Probably we have to wait until Micron reports which what is it couple of weeks from now.
I mean logically speaking it should be above $1,000 per share micron just based on everything every other company has told us over the last couple of weeks. It purely benefits a micron skain and things like that and yet the stock is still around $900 per share.
By the way, Micron is not allowed to buy any shares until December. after December, I am very very sure that they'll announce a huge buyback program that will help the name.
there was a report out talking about through 2028 they can buy something like 8 40% of their shares back by 2028 micron based on uh their projected free cash flow or operating cash flow I should say.
