Netflix is a durable business with reasonable valuation and portfolio diversification benefits, but the stock remains below its 200-day moving average; a close above that level would be bullish.

Moving on to Netflix. Start of the week at 77.84 pop pop pop Netflix popping over 2 and 1/4% finish the week at 79.59.

This comes as we got big 13F filings from all the mega investors, right? And Netflix is one of these stocks where you typically see sizing and positioning. I think part of it, first of all, Netflix obviously very durable business currently trading at only 22 times forward.

So, it's not wildly overvalued certainly compared to where it's been in the past. Also, I would say Netflix somewhat of a diversifier. If you're heavy on AI and CapEx and all these types of things, well, Netflix benefits that and they're using it to a certain degree, but at the end of the day, it's an entertainment company and it's an advertising and a subscription model company.

So, in some ways it provides some hedge funds a hedge against some of their portfolio.

Netflix also in the same case as meta. Here you go. You're making your way back up into them. It's decision day. We've actually seen some software stocks, Service Now, those types of stocks actually close above their 200-day moving average.

With meta, or excuse me, with Netflix, you still got a ways to go before you get to your 200-day which is currently at 87. Currently shares are at $80. So you got another, we'll call it 10% to go until you close above that.

A close above that is a bullish sign. Just keep in mind you put up several green candles. In fact, I came in on this and got blasted.
