NKTR is a wild trade; experimental data expected to be a miss; holding options through Oct 16.

Any of you guys familiar with Nectar stock? So Nectar is a biotech company that's made a lot of big moves and thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it.

And when the rumor of that note got out, Nectar stock went from 65 to 57. But then the jury never came back with deliberations. And so there's been speculation. They were suing them for a billion dollars. The stock was at 75 when the lawsuit started.

Uh and for anyone that doesn't know what was going on with Nectar, they they had a deal with Eli Liy. Eli Liy was supposed to sell their drug. Someone doing the stats literally made a math error and said that their efficacy was like 60s something percent when it was really 83%.

There was just an error in their math and they ended the deal. But they also had another drug they wanted to promote. So Nectar sued them and and the the range was not guilty. Eli Lily not guilty.

Eli guilty with no damages, Eli guilty with a dollar. or they could pay up to a billion dollars.

The symbol's NKTR. And so the stock has been moving on a onepoint spread, which is pretty crazy. And last night they came out with the verdict, and the verdict was 90 $90 million.

Um, so not a billion, but not a dollar. Uh, stocks up a point.

They also have um experimental data to announce. I'm not saying to trade this. It's just something that I'm in that I had options. I think it's going to end up being a miss. The idea was that if they came out and they said a billion dollars, if the settlement was a billion that this stock would have been 90 to $100 and that was the play.

The risk was whatever you bought in the options for for a significant move if they won the full settlement. So, just an interesting story I've been following.

Nectar's just going to be a wild trade, but I I mean I'm just I think going to a whole I'm stuck in those options till October 16th.
