NVDA stock may rise if Q3 guidance meets or exceeds $112 billion; otherwise, it could fall to the 200-day moving average.

Moving on to Nvidia. Start of the week at 225 and oh, heading into earnings. I thought we would rise. Psych, we were down by 4 and 3/4% finish the week at 214 just 5 days before earnings.
Now, Jefferies expects those Q2 revenues to smash estimates including going Hulk mode, which I'm not exactly sure what that means, but they believe $3 billion to the upside on the revenue estimates sitting right now at $92 billion.
The high end estimate is at $96.66 billion. That would mean a $3 billion smash would basically take you to the high end estimates. I I don't even know if that's enough to move the stock a lot.
I would guess it's all about the guidance going forward. Q3, Nvidia's expecting $103.75 billion. That's Wall Street's estimate. What is Nvidia going to come out? The high-end estimate is for 112.
You put a number up in the Q3, anywhere at 112 or higher, and the stock almost guarantees move higher. Obviously, we'll wait for 5 days, and we'll report on it.
Now, the company's obviously in focus as well as those H200 GPUs are shipping into China and will create a quote minimal positive. That's all according to Wedbush. We got further details on that in that Tencent and ByteDance got 10,000 H100, or excuse me, H200s each.
That is not a lot considering it is believed that Nvidia has over a half-million, 500,000 of these H200s sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Santa Clara, California, waiting to be shipped to China.
It is all based on the Chinese government. Has nothing to do with the customers there. Has nothing to do with the United States government. Has nothing to do with Nvidia. It is all based on China, and they are trying to slow drip them into the country.

Now, Nvidia pledged a $100 billion backing for an Ohio open AI data center. Now, potentially, this was a site that Nvidia pledged well north of $200 billion at some point. It got sized down to $150 billion.
Now, we're sitting at $100 billion. I could have added like six press releases as it related to circular financing. This was just one of them.
I was going to say Nvidia, Nevada. No, Nevada approved Tesla, Uber, Waymo for robo taxi rides around Las Vegas including Amazon Zoox as well.
but it will all depend on Nvidia earnings as well next week.
Moving on to Nvidia. Now, I thought man, we were destined to retest the highs. Now, the earnings are in 5 days which means you do have a couple of trading days next week, but the momentum this week was really ugly.
Pulled you back though to shorter term moving averages. The move off the lows too. The stock just a couple of weeks ago was at 190 and it rallied to 230. So that's a quick move on a stock that's about to report earnings.
It is setting up. This is more or less at the top. In some ways this actually gives some upside potential to a pop. A break lower though will likely retest the 200-day moving average.
We'll see you in 5 days for Nvidia earnings and in 7 days again here on the program.
