With Nvidia earnings just around the corner, it looks like Nvidia just got a price target hike. And listen, if you own Nvidia shares, this could be one of the most impactful days coming up in a very, very long time.

And in fact, this overhead resistance has proved time and time again that it could be a really, really hard place for Nvidia to push through.

Nvidia price target hike, Micron and Sandis cuts, UL expansion, and then apparently there's pockets of the market that look more rational now according to Bank of America. we will uh we'll dissect the Nvidia earnings coming up here real soon.

something like Nvidia which you're about to speak about that uh it's more reasonable now more affordable looking forward to Nvidia I saw the options market was going crazy yesterday and there there were a mix of um you know the the bullish and the bearish

well I mean yesterday on Nvidia yeah it fell it was down quite a lot it was down almost 3% on the day on Nvidia right now it's really close to in fact being in a bearish trend when the 10 goes under the 20 and price goes under the 50 that's considered a bearish trend right now we're in a sideways trend Right now we're we're actually technically Joe if I'm being very honest here we're still in a bullish trend because price is over the 50. It wasn't yesterday, but it is today.

So, Nvidia actually moving higher today. We're up by more than 1% at the moment. Raymond James becoming more bullish on the heavyweight of heavyweights here. Uh, they're raising their price target to 352.

That is up from 330. They maintain a strong buy rating. So, there's not just conviction here. There's conviction upon conviction. It's a call though for Raymond James, not just about his GPU business.

They see a growing opportunity in CPUs because Raymond James has been across AMD as well this morning.

the growing opportunity and CPUs could add another leg to the Nvidia growth story. Why does the CPU component matter? Because it's still a smaller piece of Nvidia's overall business here.

It's just 3% of sales today for that piece of the business, but they expect that to grow to around 5% of total revenue by 2028. And they uh expect it to be even though again it's a smaller portion, they expect it to be its fastest growing business here.

So, it's part of the growth story here. and they believe that Nvidia has a path to be the world leader uh in CPU revenue within the next several years and this is with them also you know there's constructive views on AMD as well uh so we know Nvidia is best known for the GPUs and that's been a big part of the story because they've been the leader here uh the you know AI kingpin and king maker there um but they see a genetic AI as the next driver and that's why they see the growth story for CPUs here um and they'll be used to reason to work through task tool use tools.

you're not eating Nvidia chips.
