Nvidia will likely fund or prioritize SpaceX AI and join TerraFab to mitigate TSMC supply chain concentration risk.

I'll form an exclusive partnership with Nvidia, who, you know, see me as a generator of endless demand for chips, so they'll give me a better deal than they give competitors to fit into these things.
Nvidia's CEO, Jensen Huang, is extremely intelligent. He is also a very realistic person. He is a long-standing supporter of his favorite client, Elon Musk, who also possesses great business acumen.
You will not see him publicly criticize the companies that buy chips from him, but, on the other hand, you will see him publicly praise certain company leaders, for example, when he publicly stated, without needing to, that Elon Musk and the xAI team are able to run AI computing faster than anyone else.
In fact, no one else can do it as quickly as they do.
Given that Jensen is not a fool, and understands that Elon Musk is serious, Project Tera is serious, and orbital AI computing is serious, Nvidia and SpaceX AI have designed a new chip for Starlink AI satellites.
Jensen is also on record saying that no one can operate these AI chips as quickly as the SpaceX AI team.
It follows that if Jensen is not a fool—which he is not—and is very smart, and if you have a customer willing to spend hundreds of billions of dollars a year to buy your chips, and you know he can run them faster than anyone else and make a higher profit from them than anyone else, then why the hell not give him preferential treatment, competitive prices, and priority access to those chips?
I strongly believe that we will soon know that Nvidia, not now but soon, will be willing to provide some form of funding to SpaceX AI. In other words, you can get the chips now and pay for them over time because we know you'll be running them faster than anyone else.
You will make very high profits from it. The cost recovery period is less than one year exactly. You can get priority access if you agree to purchase a certain quantity of these items.
We will allow you to pay for it over a longer period of time instead of paying upfront.
I also wouldn't be surprised if in the future we see Nvidia contributing to some of the capital expenditures related to the Starlink satellite constellation. Simply put, this makes perfect business sense for Nvidia.
You have a company that has a proven track record of having hundreds of billions of dollars a year to invest. The biggest cost for Starlink satellites until the "Teravabe" project starts operating on a large scale will be the AI computing capabilities, which you will have to purchase from Nvidia.
Why wouldn't Jensen from Nvidia give preferential treatment to a customer who might literally spend more than one hundred billion dollars a year buying your products?
To be clear, this includes Nvidia. In fact, all of their latest graphics processing units, the chips used in AI data centers, are manufactured in Taiwan by TSMC.
In essence, China currently has Nvidia by the throat, and this is perfectly acceptable unless China decides to apply a little more pressure, in which case Nvidia will suffer greatly. almost all of the world's important chip production on a small island, and I'm sure companies like Nvidia would like to drastically reduce those risks and ramp up domestic chip production in the United States as quickly as possible.
You can be sure that Nvidia and Jensen are desperate to collaborate with AI's SpaceX and Tesla on the TerraFab project if it means that Nvidia can start producing chips in the United States on a large scale and immediately begin to reduce the risks posed by the current situation.
The gist of my conspiracy theory is that AI's SpaceX needs Nvidia today to get the chips. In the future, Nvidia will need a "Terravap" to greatly reduce the risk of concentration, since almost all, if not all, of its production is concentrated on one small island with a slightly hostile neighbor.
It should also be noted that if things get worse in that part of the world, the entire global economy will collapse. There are enormous economic and national security risks here.
This also means that the TerraFab project will likely have near-unanimous support within the United States from any technology-related company , from governments, and from anyone with an economic interest in preventing the collapse of the global economy,
As we know , the TerraFab project, with its unprecedented scale, is very important for the global economy, for reducing the risks of the current situation between China and Taiwan, and for ensuring the continued success and reducing the risks of companies like Nvidia, to the point that I think we will see a surprising collaboration between Nvidia, SpaceX AI, and Tesla in the TerraFab project.
The continued and expanding preferential treatment of SpaceX AI and Tesla in their current relationship with Nvidia as a customer, where they buy, operate, use and profit from their chips faster and more efficiently than anyone else on the planet, and soon beyond.
