and Nvidia is going straight up.
this is what Jensen was saying this morning, Elon, versus the research organizations, they'll be a little bit in balance.
I don't think GPUs and CPUs can get to AGI.
So, and I think that's exactly why Nvidia is now despacking some of their chips. People freak out about this. They're like, "Oh my gosh, why is Nvidia despacking?" giant freakout over uh Nvidia Dspec which is basically you know um smaller chips essentially uh oversimplifying here.
The benefit of this to me uh is that these Nvidia chips uh become or stay competitive for uh enterprises and actual productivity.
Guys, this is I think exactly why we're seeing the despecking on the Nvidia chips.
Now, it's also why we have seen Nvidia go through some chip despecking. Well, in addition to really expensive memory costs, but some of the Nvidia despecking we're seeing in my opinion is because Nvidia realizes their customers, they don't necessarily need the greatest and most massive chip possible to train frontier models in pre-training.
They mentioned here Cerebrris and uh the Gro from Nvidia SRAMM machines lack capacity. This is true.
I think the Jalapeno comparison article that they did to uh the Nvidia chips was unfair. They basically purposefully despeci uh latest and greatest chips to make them even comparable to Jalapeno.
And then it's sort of like, oh wow, Jalapeno outperforms on a cost basis. Well, yeah, duh. You just despback the Nvidia chip. That's not fair.
You know, I've got exposure to Nvidia or Marvel. I think they'll do well as well.
And they look at their credit profiles and say, look at where Nvidia is at, for example. We're fine. That's not a concern to us.
