PLD is a strong buy with huge upside from warehouses and data centers; speaker added it and plans to buy more.

Now, we did also though have some pretty high votes for two brand new, what would be brand new additions in Prologess and Healthcare Realy HR. And so, I actually decided to add both of those as well.

So, I did buy Vichy. I did purchase more of them, but I also added Prolois and Healthcare Realy as two brand new additions.

Prologious is the largest warehouse and industrial REIT in the entire world and they're pushing heavily into data centers now too. I mean what's not to like about that? I see gigantic future potential for all of that.

I think warehouses are a fantastic play on the rise of e-commerce globalization in general. I mean there's so much to like about that. It's very like there's I don't see any disruption there.

AI can't disrupt that. It's needed heavily in the global economy. And then they're also pushing into data centers. So, you want to talk about AI disruption, how the fear everybody has with all of their holdings.

Will AI disrupt the companies I'm investing in? Not only does AI, I think, not in uh disrupt prologous, they're also investing, they're going to benefit from it because they're also converting warehouses into data center facilities, too. So, big play on all of that.

Uh, Prologess uh is um oh mentioning Prologess I also spent 15 on them.

Um, Prolois, of course, you know, 0%. This is not literally 0%. This is less than 1% weight.

Now, Prologess, oh yeah, we're absolutely going to be buying more of Prologess.
