QCOM benefits from high CPU demand and Meta partnership; potential for long-term growth in localized AI.

Now, the third stock that I want to bring up today is going to be Qualcomm, ticker QCOM, market cap about 200 billion dollars. Qualcomm is one of those players that is normally known as the phone company, but that has changed completely in the past few quarters.
They have moving more into the data center space.
They do have a great partnership with Meta, so Qualcomm and Meta announced a strategic multi-generation agreement on data center CPUs.
Again, if a gigantic market is going as crazy as I think it is, Qualcomm is going to be a big winner here in the CPU space compared to its market cap, right? I'm not saying it's going to be AMD, I'm not saying it's going to be Nvidia, but right now we need so much CPUs that Qualcomm is also going to benefit from it.
The other thing that I also want to mention with Qualcomm is Qualcomm also is a partner with them on a lot of the virtual reality stuff, right? And augmented reality stuff. A lot of the glasses and some of the devices that Meta is working with.
So, if Meta does decide a great model and we start to bring more localized AI as well, that partnership with Meta and Qualcomm, I believe, can grow a really, really long way.
And with Qualcomm, it's more of kind of the localized AI outside of just the data center as well.
