Speaker sold SARK due to reduced conviction in the fund's strategy or performance relative to past expectations.

One person tweeted about it, and then another said: "You should create a mirrored box for ARK ." No one has ever done anything like this before. We said to ourselves, "Hmm, that's an interesting idea ."

We contacted the lawyers. We asked them: " Can we do that ?" They said, "I see no reason why that shouldn't happen ." We contacted swap contract providers. Can you provide a trade-in on ARK?

They said, " Yes, I see no reason to prevent that." And we did it.

We launched it at the peak of the market in 2021. In 2022, it was the second best performing non-leveraged ETF in the country. Unfortunately, I no longer have either of them . I sold my SARK shares because, yes, I'm no longer as impressed with this deal as I once was.
