SpaceX is ranked highest due to recent dip below IPO levels and high long-term potential ceiling, despite significant risks and high CapEx burn.

Okay, we're down to the two final stocks here. The These are the two largest holdings and coming in at number seven, we have a giant that just made history earlier this year and that is of course SpaceX ticker symbol SPCX which Nvidia now holds over 21 billion dollars worth of the stock making this one holding alone worth about a third of their entire portfolio.

Now, why would Nvidia be so bullish on this one? Well, while it's true that SpaceX carries giant risk long-term, it also carries equally high potential which is why it broke records earlier this year as the largest IPO in market history.

See, SpaceX is quickly becoming one of the biggest plays on the future of AI. Having recently absorbed XAI into their operations, they just launched their new Grok 4.5 model, and they even acquired the AI coding startup Cursor for an eye-watering $60 billion too.

Plus, Elon Musk recently stated that they'll be building their supercomputers exclusively with Nvidia However, building all of this future tech is incredibly expensive as they burn through 18.3 over $18 billion in CapEx just last quarter alone.

On the bright side though, growth is through the roof too with top line sales soaring close to triple digits, while analysts project even larger breakouts on both the top and bottom line in future years thanks to all of the demand for AI compute as well as their high margin Starlink business that saw its user base recently double in size.

And because of it, looking a few years out, their forward P/E ratio does sink down to the low 30s by 2028 based on future analyst projections, which would be obviously very attractive.

I Elon Musk is claiming that uh it if they accomplish all of their goals, he says that SpaceX could eventually be worth more than the rest of the entire planet, which is pretty wild.

I mean, you know, he's probably the only one that actually believes that, but um it does kind of give you an idea of just how much potential kind of lies here in these various markets that SpaceX is at least targeting.

So, because the stock recently dipped even lower than their historic IPO levels, I'm going to rank it the highest so far on our list. Again, not because it's safer than any any of these others, but just because of what it could eventually become long-term, which I think is a much higher kind of ceiling than the rest of these have, even if the floor might be a little lower than some of them, too.

Personally, Synopsis and SpaceX are I would say the the two most intriguing to me personally at the moment. And I am actively thinking about dipping my toes in them soon, especially SpaceX if it continues to fall.
