Avoid trading USO due to unmanageable swing risk from daily gaps and high sensitivity to unpredictable news.

And apparently we are now hearing, Brian, uh, explosions here on Cargo Island. That is something we are paying attention to for USO, and I know that you used to be a prop trader in our world, but you can see here that that has absolutely caused an upward spike in USO at the moment.
But USO is creeping up a bit now and is pulling back again. Do you like oil? I know, I'm asking you somewhat obvious questions again that everyone wants to know. I think it will keep working.
I mean, oil is n't necessarily breaking out right now, unless you call it that; I'm talking about USO here, maybe Brian. Breaking through this 140 level is absolutely a triple top.
Do you have statistics on triple tops, or do you find this kind of breakout appealing as we work towards the seasonal highlights of this War of 155? What do you think of USO on this point?
I mean, you know, we had that sharp pullback, and since then we've seen a nice pattern of higher highs and higher lows. So personally, I do not like trading oil, especially not via USO, simply because of the gaps that arise every day since it is a market that is open almost 24 hours a day , and it is difficult to manage the risk of that from a swing trading perspective.
But, you know, again, what I just said, I am not very good at acting on news events, and oil is too dependent on the news right now. I mean, explosions at oil tankers, and then maybe tomorrow Trump says the war is over, that we’ve achieved everything , that the streets are open and the oil is flowing, and then the price drops by eight dollars a barrel. So for me personally, that is just too chaotic.
Uh, last Friday towards the end, Southern Jack Coast, you can still see USO flying a little higher. The market is pulling, it is bouncing back a bit from where we were, but we are still seeing some weakness entering the markets.
