VICI is the best REIT currently; strong fundamentals and yield justify buying more despite recent price suppression.

Now, by far the most votes did go to Vichy. That's probably because it's yielding above 7%. Although, I do also talk about Vichy a lot on my channel. So, I'm assuming, you know, a lot of my viewers might also like Vichy themselves.

They might also be invested in Vichy themselves and they might see a lot of value in it. I certainly do. I think Vichi is one of the best RE stocks. In my opinion, Vichi is the best REIT right now in the market in terms of the value, in terms of the dividend, in terms of the business.

It's an incredible business. I can't believe how low the price is.

Both stocks have been dipping but um Vichy especially Vich has been just heavily suppressed and I don't understand why I will never understand why Vichi trades at the levels it's at.

Uh the business is incredible. They always collect their rent. I actually just made a video on Vichi. I might have mentioned that already. But yeah, I recently made a video on Vichi.

So if you want to watch that deeper dive into it, but the dividend is phenomenal. Um, and Vichi of course owns, you know, these casinos and resorts. Cash cow properties. Again, always collecting rent, never misses rent.

So, um, there's just so much to like about them. So, that's why they were like the two heaviest that I that I bought into over the past month.

Vichy Properties down 14%. It's already our fourth largest holding. So, yeah, we do want to be a little careful about getting too overly exposed to it, but the fact that we're down double digits on what is still my favorite REIT in the entire market, we got to be buying more.

I will be buying heavily still. uh Vichy and also especially in my private larger portfolio.
