XLF is a positive outlook, an outperformer, with relative strength above 100 and price holding above breakout; upside potential once overhead resistance breaks.

And then we come to stocks to stock sectors. And my oh my, for the first time since a long period, XLK is not the only sector on the right hand side. Has been joined by health care and financials, XLV and XLF.
Then, we have financials. That's a sector that's really in a good space. Despite the fact that we're losing a little bit momentum after crossing into the leading quadrant. That sector has been doing really well.
We had it at improving already for a couple of weeks and you now see it's crossed over into the leading quadrant losing a little bit of momentum but still moving higher on the RS ratio scale and that loss of momentum so far has not been devastating yet.
So I'm pretty comfortable putting this on a green outlook on a positive outlook.
So, if you look at XLV and XLF, those sectors have the highest relative momentum in the universe. So, that's a good thing.
Here is financials, continuing to do well. You can see, and we spoke about that 4 weeks ago already, that this overhead resistance in relative strength is still keeping it under wraps, but the RS momentum RS ratio line has moved above 100 now.
RS momentum is a little slowing down is because it couldn't break that overhead resistance, but price is holding up very well above that breakout level here, and as long as that continues, I think it's a matter of time before that relative strength line can push higher and unlock new relative up relative upside potential for the financial sector together with the upside potential that's already there on the price chart. So, definitely an outperformer.
