$XLI

XLI is technically bearish and lagging; it must base out near the 200-day moving average before bouncing.

As an example, I'm noticing here that XRT and XLI are in the in sync box and that they're in the late breakdown box. That tells me that there's a high probability that those are suffering daily cycle breakdowns.

XLI has obviously been lagging badly here and very much in line with what's happening uh with some of the names tied to the IWM. Uh 824 to 105 RS has turned down corrective mode.

What's going on with this overall translation? Still positive. Okay, still holding up, but a little bit weaker.

There is a 50 to the 61.8 fib 172 to about 16835. So, we're going to be watching to see if that area can hold. And in the short term, there is a low that is actually due here in the short term, 91 to around 99.

And we are just holding above this rising 200 simple moving average. But this needs to actually base out a little bit here in the short term prior to really having a shot uh for a bounce in the XLI.

But this is certainly an area to keep on your list uh if you're watching for a short-term opportunity here based on what we are looking at. Let's just jump over to the XLI here.

Obviously, it is going to show up as bearish based on what we have just shared on the chart here, but it is uh it is short-term bearish on the MCM and on the intermediate term slightly bearish.

Okay. Uh so that's what we are looking at right now. This is also a bearishly configured cycle here on the daily bar. But you know oftent times going into a weekly low, right, you are going to have a bearishly configured daily cycle.

That's what most often happens frankly. Okay, so that's where we are in the XLI.
