$ZETA

Zeta Global is a buy: strong revenue growth (38% CAGR) and expansion into business intelligence and new markets justify its valuation.

Second stock I want to cover is Zeta Global. This is one of the newer positions in the Asymmetric portfolio, similar size company to Hims & Hers, about a $7.1 billion market cap, but another company that is just compounding their revenue growth steadily quarter after quarter.

Let's look at the trailing 12-month numbers, and you can see since the first quarter of 2024, compound annual growth rate 38%. Just a phenomenal growth rate, and that growth is ticking up. 36% over the past year.

And there's a lot of opportunities for more growth as they expand into more markets. This is primarily been a marketing company, so they're going to help big companies, mostly most of the biggest advertisers in the world, decide where are you going to put your marketing dollars?

Are you going to put it on an Instagram ad? Are you going to put it on a Google ad? They're going to connect to all of those places where those ads can go, and then help determine what the return on that investment is.

Return on advertising spend, ROAS is what it's called. But the opportunity for here for Zeta is to become much more than that. First of all, they can expand to more markets, so they're starting to work with more agencies, can move down market into smaller companies, medium-sized companies, not just the biggest 100 companies in the world, but the biggest 500, the biggest 1,000 companies in the world.

That's going to expand their total addressable market. And the big thing that they've talked about in 2026 is moving into more business intelligence. So now you're ingesting all of this information about sales and marketing, how is that helping you make decisions about your business and how you're going to run that business long-term.

What products are you going to make? Where where are you going to have inventory? Where are you going to have production? All of that is the business intelligence that makes a company operate more effectively.

Zeta Global says they're moving into that. They've got a partnership with Palantir where they're going to market together. So I think there's a ton of opportunity for growth with Zeta Global.

They have demonstrated that growth long-term, and the stock still relatively expensive. Enterprise value to sales is just 4.4 again on a forward basis, it's about 3.6. If you look at their price to free cash flow, it's about 25 on a forward basis.

So, pretty reasonable multiples for companies that are growing well into double digits.

Hims and Zeta Global at the top of my list, two of the bigger positions I have right now.

So, the stock four stocks that I talked about here today, Hims & Hers, Zeta Global, Lyft, and Owlet. Let me know which one of those you think has the highest potential. These four are all stocks that I own.
