AGLT has attractive technicals (multi-year base, accumulation) for a hypothetical buyer, but the speaker is not buying it.
So, and I'm not saying I am, but if I were looking to buy a multi-year base with plenty of accumulations and technicals that look good enough that you can take them home to mama, I would buy Agulant Technologies, but I'm not.
