EXR, another great read.
Um, EXR, we have a very large position in them. It's what was it? It was our fifth largest, I believe. So, don't necessarily want to make EXR too big in the account, but the fact that it is still negative, I would be willing to buy more of it.
It's a um self- storage rate and I think it's a fantastic one, too.
