Honest has been on a run. That stock might exit this year between 7 and 9.
How Financial Education’s view on $HNST changed
Number one, honest, honest, HNS T. This is my favorite super small cap company. The stock price is currently $5.72. I now have $88,000 in my public account in this stock. I've been saying since the beginning of this year that I thought the stock would be over $5 this year.
Now in my opinion, it is almost certain. The numbers have improved a lot and by the way, I have shares in my public account that I bought for $2.10. This year, Honest's stock price was a little over a dollar per share.
Think about it. You could have bought Honest shares this year for a little over a dollar apiece. This year. Now its price is $5.72. And in my opinion, it seems realistic for its price to reach $7 to $9 before the end of the year, right?
As I've always said, my big prediction about Honest was that the stock would be over $5 this year, that's for sure. Sure. For example, I'm looking at $7 and $9 right now. And that's because the progress this company has made is so dramatic.
For example, the trend in margins is surprising. It's incredible to see gross margins go from 30% to over 40% in just a few years. You know, increasing margins that much is incredible, especially in this type of business, right?
Look at the earnings per share trend and see that Honest's fundamentals have changed dramatically, right? This is Honest's operating cash flow and how it's trending right now, right?
And then look at this. Check it out! The amount of cash is skyrocketing, with more than $100 million in cash. Remember, its market cap is just over $500 million, right? There is more than $100 million in cash and where is the debt?
Where is it? Where is it? It's nowhere. This is its status. It's nowhere, ladies and gentlemen. And so, I look at Honest and honestly consider this stock to be an incredible opportunity.
I don't think that's enough. I think the reason for this is their boring business model, people don't give importance to these companies, right? I mean, it's a boring business model.
Nobody talks about it. Who else talks about Honest Stock besides me? I mean, no one talks about that stock. And their business is also monotonous. They sell diapers, wipes, soaps, lotions, skin care products, and things like that.
People think, "Ugh, put me to sleep." Hey, what other stock can you find better than this one in the market this year? Its share price has gone from a dollar or something to about six dollars.
And in my opinion, it will probably be priced between seven and nine dollars by the end of the year. Seven to nine dollars. And you could buy it this year for a little over a dollar. What better stock can you find?
