All right, next up, AAT. as we see here, a breaking down on this longer term inclining trend line, one that dates all the way back here to September of 2025. I want to illustrate for you though something we talk about in this show often.
I talk about breakout retrace bounce plays, right? Well, the same thing happens when you're going down on the charts. I've illustrated this before, but this is a great chart to show that to give you an example to understand when you do see breakdowns and you're in that long, there's no need to fret.
Yeah, it could go lower, but opportunity presents itself for technical bounces much like on the chart of AAT.

All right, so say you got in long here thinking that we were going to get a bounce on the bottom of this parallel channel which did carry high probabilities of a bounce, but you see that failed and then price came down actually created this pivot point then retrace.
So, we had a breakdown, retrace, fade play. Very similar and opposite in nature of our breakout, retrace, bounce plays when they break higher to go on charts. This situation shows what happens to the downside.
So, if you were to go long here, that's okay, guys. That's all right. You're going to have an opportunity to get out when price comes right back up to that trend line, then gets rejected as we see.

Now, where is price going to go from here? There's a couple spots, namely the $400 psych psychological level is right around the corner. We've got a gap fill here just before it at 407.
We've got a gap fill here underneath it at 392. And then we have a pivot top here at 397. So, all of that is a near-term support zone. Should we see selling continue in the next couple days, I anticipate a near-term bounce potentially to take us back up to this trend line, the one that we just broke beneath today from that $400 level.
