We saw a sharp rise , but the overall price pattern , as you can see, was in the form of a descending channel. We have already witnessed that unusual rise. Now, the impact of the news seems to have subsided a little, and we have fallen back below the 110 level, which was a series of repeated lows.
This level was later breached, but I kept it on the chart only as a reference. The next set of relative lows comes at 101, on our middle green line. After that, level 94 is a notable drop zone that should also be monitored.
Therefore, our channel is currently active. We often observe, after an important piece of news, a drop to a previous support level before the trend continues on its previous path.
I'm certainly not saying this will happen, I'm just saying it's a common occurrence in trading. The 125 level stands out, which is the previous highest level and is almost the opening level on the day the important news was released, i.e., three or four sessions ago.
