Um, smacked at 122 was hood. Let me look at HUD here real quick cuz we did, you know, I thought that the uh that move over the uh the trend line was was a big deal. Uh now we're coming up to some of the resistance from July. So if uh it may just, you know, spend another day or so trying to uh push through that 120 area and and you know, falter, come back in toward that trend line looking for support. That's that's a total guess here, but nice to see that this is finally trading over that trend line.
