Now, we did also though have some pretty high votes for two brand new, what would be brand new additions in Prologess and Healthcare Realy HR. And so, I actually decided to add both of those as well. So, I did buy Vichy. I did purchase more of them, but I also added Prolois and Healthcare Realy as two brand new additions.

And when I look at HR, um, that's just a great play on healthcare real estate. It's one of the biggest by far. It's like one of the for sure one of the biggest. Depending on how you measure it, it might even be the biggest. It depends on how you measure it exactly, but it any we we'll just to be safe, we'll just say one of the biggest, but a gigantic play on healthcare real estate. They are going through a terrible time coming off the pandemic. HR had some company specific issues, too. I'm not worried about it long-term. Um, this is the type of real estate that cannot go away. People are always going to need healthcare. It it it's like so obvious. So, right now, the stock is down, the dividend is up, 5% dividend, great valuation in my opinion, long-term rebound potential. It's it's yeah, it's going to be one of my favorite RESTs.
