The first one that I have is IOVA on earnings. Now, this stock is definitely one to keep an eye on right now. Uh it's a biotech stock. I've been trading it um actually up eight to 10 and then you ever have a stock that gets away from you where you're trading it and all of a sudden you stop for a couple days and it's higher and you're like oh I got to watch it again and then it's higher and you feel like how do I get back in?
IOVA is that kind of stock and here it goes again. Um up uh today it's up on uh fully year revenue guidance attributed to sustained demand for the drug.

they raised their guidance to 410 million, but most importantly, they're through a 52- week high. Stock is on a breakout. As I said, if you look at it over the last month, it's just it just keeps trending up.
It was setting up for this breakout. Um, and once it's through that 52- week high, we don't know where it's going to go. This could be another stock we add to our benzinga portfolio today.
It's it's certainly a candidate for us. The question will be, how do we get in, right? How do we get into a stock like this that's already up? Because if you think about it, it's up from 5 to 12. So, it's up over 100% in the last six months.

You know, and it's like, there's no way this guy's going three and 0, right? I missed his picks. I don't want the third one. Um, same thing with these kind of moves up. We miss the move up.
We don't want to be in for the move down, right?

So, IOVA, we don't want to be there for the funeral, but we do want to participate. And this is going to be one of those ones that moves around a lot at the open. And what I'm going to look at again is if we wanted to back our way into a trade like this, okay, then I would again look for an options play and I would probably go before it has earnings.
So I'd probably go to October 30th. And the only thing that we would need is enough liquidity so that we could put on a trade. So this just shot out from 11 to 12, right? We feel like we missed it.
Well, what if we could own it at 11? What if we could sell the 11 put? Which means, and right now it's between seven and a$155. The only thing is if it stays that gapped out and there's no volume, it's probably too thin for us to trade and we won't be able to use options because we only want to use options where they're liquid and we can get involved.
So, if there is to be volume on this and this spread is to tighten and we could sell an 11 put for a dollar, what we're saying is we're either going to, let's say we did one contract, which equals 100 shares.
We're either going to make $100 here or we're going to own it at a cost basis of 10. So, that's a way that we could get involved in a stock that's gotten away from us a little bit cheaper.
It's trading at 12. It looks amazing. We're saying we'll buy it at 10.

we started this call at 8 a.m. and the first thing we talked about was IOVA, right? We talked about IOVA um at 12:15 and it is now at 1350. Um, just something to keep a mental note on because boy did we miss one and I really had a thought and and the problem with this stock is you can't really trade options on it.
So, you would have to buy stock and and it was up a lot. But this was like at at like $9. This was a stock that was a screaming buy and I just didn't stay in it. But here it is at 13.
