Next story here. This is going to be on Meta's Muse, and it is already outpacing Chat GPT's early downloads. JP Morgan said it could be AI's biggest consumer app yet. Been talking a lot about Muse lately.
That's of course tied to Meta. Meta Platforms, ticker META. Their new Muse AI agent could become the world's most widely used consumer artificial intelligence app since OpenAI's Chat GPT.
And that's according to analysts at JP Morgan after the app quickly climbed to number one on Apple's US App Store following its September 8th launch. Analyst Doug Anmouth credited Muse's userfriendly interface, generous free tier, and Meta's distribution advantage across social media platforms that serve billions of users daily.
And that was reported by Reuters. The bank reiterated its overweight rating on Meta with a price target of 820. Quote, "While it's still early, we believe that Muse has the potential to become the most widely used consumer AI application since Chat GPT."
End quote. That was from Amth in the note to clients. Muse, which launched on September 8th, reached about 2.5 million US downloads through September 19th with roughly 557,000 daily active users, according to Sensor Tower data cited by Bank of America.
On iOS alone, the first 12 days produced 1.43 million downloads, edging out Chat GPT's 1.37 million over the same post-launch window. Early reviews show, quote, "Functionality is re resonating with users, particularly the agents ability to execute multi-step tasks and workflows with limited user intervention."
End quote. That was according to Bank of America's global research. Still, the bank cautioned that revenue from ads, subscriptions, or commissions within Muse is unlikely to become material before 2028.
Muse's basic version is free with subscription tiers priced at 20 and $100 a month for heavier use. Quote, distribution is everything in the new AI economy. End quote. And that came from market strategist at futurum equities Sha Balure in a post on X.
Since Muse's launch, Meta shares have climbed to nearly 20%. The stock is up 13 and a quarter% year to date, but it is down 2 and a.5% over the past year.

If you look at what happened in the beginning of 2025 where we had a big move up and then it started to slow down as we got into uh February, it still grinded higher, but it it noticeably um you know was was not the uh the parabolic move that it had originally been in the end of January.
I think that we're going to start to see some of that slowdown and then there's going to be, you know, that one day where we hit that uh another pop and then it just leads to a massive selloff.
So that's what I'd be uh looking at here for Meta. Still think this could slowly grind higher, but there's a big drop coming in my opinion.

It really paid off Monday on Yum Kapoor while I was out of the office. Made a ton of money. Was my best day of the year Monday. Um, gave a little bit back yesterday on Meta. I'm back to being number one pick of the day today.
I've been saying the target is a new all-time high of 800 plus called 793 plus there and I think that can come within the next few sessions. Uh could be tricky trading it tonight into tomorrow with potentially some sell the news dynamics but um man I'm not going to I'm not going to give the whole speech I gave this morning on the morning show and Douggee about why I'm so bullish meta but he's very bullish Meta.
Let's just say that when you turn a someone who's like, you know, bearish Meta, anti- meta, and you get them to flip their sentiment and become bullish meta, 10% of their stock in the meta deal.
Like, you know, those are the best catalysts. The best catalysts are the catalysts that change the sentiment of a bear, right? And remove the bearish sentiment and say, "Wow, now I have bullish sentiment on this stock."
Those are the most powerful rerating catalysts and I think we're in the midst of that happening right now going from you know uh multiple compression to multiple multiple expansion because sentiment going from negative to positive on this uh Muse AI release and um yeah I mean I could spend a long time talking about about Muse and how it's gamechanging but all I'm going to say is keep hitting it number one pick of the day here um we think it can buck market trend it is okay up one and a half% uh price target of 793 to 800 I think it can happen within days but again you can have lots of sell the night news dynamics tonight and tomorrow so a little bit of a trickiness trading this in the very near term perhaps although you know I was killing it this morning and no one told me I was supposed to sell all my meds at 76390 if someone told me then I'd be in a little better position right now
