Another major player in the moves is Snowflake. Snowflake stock was unable to hold onto all of its gains, and you can see a series of breakout attempts here that somewhat illustrates how the price moves when it enters breakout situations.

You can see here the first and main trend line of the breakout drawn down to the pivot point that occurred here in November or October 2025. When the price initially accelerated upwards, it was rejected and then climbed above it, consolidated, then came back down, retested the top of that trend line, then accelerated upwards, creating another pivot point. Then this earnings report came along and gapped up above that trend line as well.

Therefore, it goes without saying that the price movement was in the overbought zone for a period before this price movement became clear. But now we find ourselves right back there again at 66.17 even with today's sell-off.

So if Snowflake stock manages to maintain its latest upward trend line, that value in the coming days will be at $346.70. It would almost be beneficial if the stock saw a little more selling. Get rid of some of that over-purchased nature in the short term. In this way it could rise and attempt to attack the most recent pivot peak at approximately $400, around $45 on the chart.
