Um, Target is another one that we've highlighted recently, and that's the one that we're showing here uh today. This is one of those charts that just continues to impress.

I would say a chart-like target strikes me as innocent until proven guilty. Right? We're in a primary uptrend, an accumulation phase of higher highs and higher lows. We're above upward sloping moving averages. The RSI is is consistently in the bullish range and the relative strength has been fantastic over the last three months, right? Look at the end of May to wear out the end of August. I mean, three fantastic months of outperformance, particularly in July and August.

So, at some point, does Target have to have some sort of significant pullback? Most likely. You you know, it's it's it's unreasonable to to not expect some of that. However, I think it's worth noting that we've remained above an upward sloping 50-day moving average pretty consistently. And the chart of Target in particular has had these pullbacks to the 50-day moving average. And I know what that h when that happens, a lot of times uh investors will get shaken out and think, uh-oh, we've pulled back quite a bit. Should I start lightening up my position? And I would say the chart of target provides some great illustrations of what I would need to see to remain engaged in a stock even though we've had a bit of a short-term pullback.

Right? So look at the pullback in March or in May or in uh late June. What could could give you confidence to stay with the trend as it goes higher? Well, number one, we never really followed through below the 50 days, right? So we had a couple times where we closed below the 50-day, but immediately after you'd see the price pop back higher. So buyers are are certainly seeming to come in as we test or or break slightly below the 50-day.

Look at the RSI which has generally held 40 on any post. Maybe one day there that we that we went below 40, but other than that the RSI has remained in the bullish uh range. And so I think that reinforces the fact that this is still a primary uh uptrend.

So, as long as we hold the 50 today and don't really get any follow-through below it, as long as the RSI holds 40 on those pullbacks, it sort of gives me confidence that the uptrend is still in great shape. And I think that's what we're seeing right now in the chart of Target.
