I am very interested to know the basic logic that led Jason to conclude that Uber and Tesla would be roughly equal in total market share within a decade. If Tesla can scale up quickly and extensively, possess general self-driving capability and a huge cost advantage to put its devices on the roads, and achieve very high cost-per-mile efficiency in the ongoing operating costs of robot taxis, I find it difficult to understand how other companies will be able to compete with Tesla in cost-per-mile.

That is, by slowing down the rollout of self-driving cars and working with regulators to stop companies like Tesla, for example, from rapidly and widely expanding their safe and affordable self-driving vehicles across the planet.
