And then we have XLP which is starting to improve. It was a neutral with a negative outlook and it remains like that. It's a short tail it's still on the left hand side. It's not moving rapidly. It's just crossing over into the improving quadrant but not a massive move with a lot of potential.

Um relative strength continues to hover just above support. Momentum moved higher, but it wasn't able to drag that RS ratio line really up. It's flattening, but it's not really moving higher. So, for the time being, I'm going to keep this at a neutral negative.
