It's the Spider Metals and Mining ETF, ticker symbol XME. Let's begin by taking a look at the monthly chart. On the bottom, we have a cycle brackets showing an average cycle length of 16 bars. These cycle brackets are a drawing tool showing ideal cycles where the actual cycle troughs formed is shown by these vertical dotted lines which you can then compare to the ideal cycle brackets to get a sense of the consistency of the cycles. Around this most recent ideal cycle trough, we have these blue vertical dashed lines. These represent a period of time when we expect the latest cycle to form a trough and for price to begin moving up in the rising phase of the new cycle. As you can see, that may have happened last month. That would put us one month off the cycle low, but we are still inside the timing window, which is a period of risk. And our reversal scout, this green and purple ribbon has not yet returned to positive to help us confirm that trough. However, the next weekly cycle isn't due to trough until February, which would be way out here quite late. So that is why we believe this low last month may have been the synced long-term, intermediate term, and short-term low. Now, this is a long-term chart, of course. So, our projection over the course of the next year would be for at least a retest of this high at 13568. We do have some extension levels higher than that at about 141 and 152.

Also, if you'd like to take a look at some of the individual holdings in the ETF, uh here they are. This was just updated last month. Now, let's switch over to the weekly chart. In this time frame, we have a 32 bar average cycle length. We're uh four weeks off the prior cycle trough, which was the one that synced with the monthly chart. So, in 4 weeks, we've made it to the top of this resistance zone. Uh momentum has returned to positive on the reversal scout in this time frame. Our next levels up are the 78.6% 6% fib at about 127 and then that prior cycle high again at 13568. As I mentioned earlier, if I hover over this uh cycle bracket, you can see that it is not due to trough until out in that February time frame.

Now, over on the daily chart, let me zoom in a bit. Right here is that uh trough that synced up with both the intermediate and long-term lows. Here was our reversal scout turning positive, giving us an early warning. And then the slim ribbon gradually improved from negative to neutral to positive. It colors our candles red, green or gray depending on momentum conditions. The average cycle length in this time frame is 42 bars. We have this cycle due to trough out in the latter half of September. So for an entry, you could keep this on your radar and wait until that trough forms. You could also watch the slim ribbon PO down here for a momentum continuation signal. The last one was right here uh back on August 19th and you can see it had uh given us a bull flag and then up again.

So, in terms of uh monthly cycle troughs, let's go back to the monthly chart. Sometimes there's a strong upside move immediately, but sometimes it can take months to get some traction and get a move. This might be an example of the former right here. And back here, you can definitely see an example of the ladder. Either way, it can be very useful to know when these monthly cycle troughs may be forming.
