$AMD

AMD is the preferred investment over peers due to superior fundamentals, undervaluation at 17x sales, and high growth potential, with a 5-year bull case projecting 1,500% upside.

You have Intel and you have AMD. AMD is down 21%, ARM is down 40% and some Intel is down almost 40%. But they're all heavily up over the past year. So, they had the spike and then a massive correction. But now we're just sitting pretty.

Out of all of them, you can't go wrong neither with Intel or ARM or AMD. But particularly, I like AMD the best. And here's why. Because I always like to look for the one with the best story, the best fundamentals, and the best setup, and the most misunderstood. That is AMD in a nutshell.

The story is certainly there. They're a massive force in CPU for data centers, and that gap keeps on widening every single day. And it's going to go even worse once the entire demand cycle goes through the roof.

They have one of the best CEOs in the business. They're not expensive. We're talking about a company trading below 34 P. And we're talking about a company trading at 17 times sales, which is the cheapest it's been since 2022.

And if you look at the fundamentals, 50% annual growth right now. That's before the explosion. We're talking about 1,600% of operating income growth. We're talking about 160% increase in net income, and we're talking about cash up 123%, and three times the debt.

All of that before the demand explosion happens. And all of that at 17 times sales, which is the cheapest it's been in 4 years. In those same 4 years, we have operating income up from 1.3 to 3.7 billion.

Free cash flow is up from 3.1 to 6.8 billion. And cash is up from 5.9 to 10.5 billion.

So, I put in AMD into the stock forecaster. And based on my most bearish case of the next 5 years, this stock is going to be 158% above its current price. Based on my medium case, we're talking about 534% and based on my bull case, in which I wholeheartedly believe and have high conviction in, we're talking about 1,500% from this point into the future for 5 years.

Everybody wanted AMD at 600. Nobody wants them now. That's the psychology of an average retail investor. Don't be a sheep. Be smart. When you have the price going down and the quality of the business going up, you want to be buying this.

But, you want to be buying this understanding that the story has to fit, the fundamentals have to fit, you have to build your own conviction and you have to understand what AMD is trying to do here.

And if you look at AMD, they're building a networking effects. Their whole rack is being sold in one piece, which means that Venice, as it's going to get sold to clients, is going to come with the AMD rack, which means that it's not only going to make money from selling CPUs, they're going to bite a little bit out of Nvidia's pie.

And that's okay because Nvidia was never supposed to provide 100% of the supply chain.

The idea that AMD is absolutely misunderstood with one of the world's best CEOs, with great fundamentals, with a great story and with a misunderstanding. Now, there's a certain way on how I'd approach adding AMD to my portfolio given what I just told you.

That is with my double down DCA system. Essentially adding a little bit, waiting for more pullbacks, doubling down, and using strategy in order to build a position over the next 12 months, slowly, methodically, trusting the process.
