I mean, the Dell the Dell move yesterday was unbelievable. I I'm on the surface I'm disappointed because my bot made a mess of that trade. It just took a losing trade. It bought it at the wrong time and it missed the entire grind back.
But I think I've got code deployed to fix that. However, this is why the machines aren't taken over yet. Human beings would have had a much better job much better opportunity trading Dell yesterday.
I mean, it went for like 50 points intraday. Thing was an absolute monster.
You know what's funny about this is that we heard this from Dell. They had an monster earnings report traded higher and told you that they were constrained by power and chips.
Now remember, let let me let's actually you know what? Let's just go back to Dell. Let's use this as a learning experience. Now Dell, we talked about it. We said, "Hey, there might be some profit taking.
This head fake here was nasty. This head fake got my bot." It it did. Uh, but we trained we trained through this last night. So, this shouldn't happen again. But this little move up here was a head fake.
This lured in bulls. This lured in people that were looking for the stock to start accelerating above the VWAP. There are actually some uh smaller shorter term clouds that were above this that it looked like the stock was going to go to, but it didn't.
Profit taking rejected it and it came all the way in. Now, the key here is that when these sellers were exhausted, the fundamentals from the earnings report took over. This was a good report.
Period. End of story. It was a good report. So once those sellers became exhausted, the stock moved from 433 to 497. Guys, this is a 60 plus point move intraday. This was all you needed yesterday.
Put your penny stocks in the trash can. All you even if you had 10 shares of this, this was a good trade yesterday.
Dell was wild yesterday. And indeed it was. It stopped everyone out and ripped. And you know what's crazy about that is that I am sure that there were folks trading Dell from yesterday that did exactly what Jay was saying.
They were stopped out on this move down. This is a nasty profit-taking move. And the fact that there was a trade up that preceded the profit taking move lower double nasty.
what I would say here with Snow, watch for a profit taking pullback like we saw on Dell.
You got a pop in Dell. I'm sorry. Uh the long the uh well, probably also Dell as well, but they uh the long 2x ETF shares.
Dell back up at 500. It's trying to go higher. This is, you know, a bit of a resistance area and uh 514 is the alltime. Well, hold on a second. Let me double check on my other chart here.
But in my broker, it says 514 is the alltime high. Uh looks like that is the case. So, we're approaching alltime highs here, folks.
This is Dell. And if you have that trend line that's still there that we drew on the daily chart, that would be, you know, the spot where I would expect uh the price to go. If we can break, we're we're actually breaking over uh 500 pretty well right now.
Uh I think 54 is the next spot. If we get through that, then then the trend line's next. Yeah, there you go.
I think we're going to see some a new alltime high prints in Dell pretty soon. This kind of looks that way.
Dell coming in
We also have new highs in Dell as well.
