let's talk about your next choice here. A chart that is somewhat similar in terms of momentum to what we have seen since the spring in this stock, but with much larger moves . I mean, from the beginning of the year until now, Dell's stock has risen by 360 %.

But yes, back to Dale. You know , many of my business ideas I think are fairly obvious. But when you look at Dell, who is supplying? Going back to the first story, if a large law firm or a major accounting firm wanted to buy a set of servers to put in its basement to run its own artificial intelligence, they would turn to Dell, and I like it as a hardware investment.

I really respect Michael Dell. I read his book, and they were pioneers in this field, whether it was for small businesses, large corporations, even the biggest giants, and even the government.

They recently unveiled, a few weeks ago, that new collection with Nvidia. I like it as an investment in in-house artificial intelligence, and again, a straight vertical graph, but I think it's really only just getting started .

Okay, Rick, let's dive into this almost straight vertical graph . We have seen a major upward move in Dell's stock, which started back in the spring and appears unstoppable at this stage. What do technical indicators tell us?

Anyone who has seen my home settings knows that I am a computer enthusiast . Dell is known for being a more upscale computer brand here. And another very strong performance. So, we can see here that after this earnings event, we saw a significant upward gap in late May.

And once again , after an initial decline we saw here, we see the price rising again. A rising wedge pattern is formed between our two white lines here. The steepest trend line that passes through the bottoms.

It is faced by a boundary line with a more modest slope that runs through the peaks. This pattern is generally considered a bearish setup. But it is not inevitable or necessarily fixed.

It is simply a general idea that this pattern often precedes a downward move. However, it could go either way. What you're looking for, and the important part, is a breakthrough that goes beyond either of these limits.

Our peak today was 595.51. We have our previous set of peaks here near 563. Another notable peak is here near 514. So, regarding the moving averages in this case, we see again that they are diverging from each other.

The closest of these, our 5-day exponential moving average , almost matches our trend line . So, if we start breaking down, that will open the door to testing the 5-day exponential moving average near 567, and the 21-day average at 569 currently.

The Relative Strength Index is moving upwards, and may break below our short-term green trend line , which is currently at 64.80. Optimists would like to see new price highs, as well as a break above the 70 threshold towards the overbought zone to read this momentum.

Sometimes a size profile isn't very helpful. This is one of those cases where we see a very large cluster of activity between 401 and 447, which is roughly in line with the middle of our range here.

In the short term, I think the best we can do is identify this small point near 525. Yes, this large gathering is about $150 below the current trading price. The price is now at 581.28.

He is under some pressure today as well. We are down about 1% with the broader market.

Well, I think when you look at Nvidia and Dell, their numbers confirm that capital spending on artificial intelligence and revenue growth are still ongoing.
