$DELL

Dell's chart shows strength after breaking out of a sideways consolidation; the major uptrend remains intact and it is considered one of the best charts in the technology sector.

Therefore, I chose Dell. Dell is among the companies that I believe were among the most consistent in relative performance during 2026. In other words, Dell significantly outperformed in the first half of the year, before experiencing a decline in June.

Therefore, from January until the beginning of June, it is difficult to find a better chart than Dale's, as it was characterized by an accelerating upward trend. But then it went through a long period of fluctuation.

I believe the importance of this chart lies in the stock's sideways movement throughout June and July. It maintained its level almost in line with market averages, without achieving any additional gains .

After that, the stock saw a significant rise, then stabilized.

Remember that markets can correct in two ways: either they correct over time, which means the stock fluctuates sideways and waits for the market to stabilize, or the price corrects itself, meaning it declines.

When we think of a correction, we usually think of a price correction, right? A large move followed by a price decline, but what distinguishes Dell's stock here is the timing of the correction.

Instead of a decline, we are witnessing a time correction. The market has reached a state of equilibrium. The market indicates that the stock's value is between $400 and $430, and we are settling within this range for a while until something changes.

I think this is the encouraging aspect of Dell's stock chart at the beginning of September, as it has finally managed to break out of its volatility phase. After the stock bounced off the 50-day moving average several times, it managed to break through it and record new record highs.

Now, with a slight pullback this week, which is perfectly normal in a chart that is moving in a major uptrend as long as we keep the moving averages on pullbacks, I would say the major uptrend is still very strong.

So, when you look at a sector like technology and feel that everything is going well, how do you differentiate between really good opportunities and average opportunities? I would say, going back to some of the basic building blocks of technical analysis, thinking about charts like these showing a consolidation phase and then a new accumulation phase is often a strong indication of the emergence of a new strength area , as opposed to something that might be less useful.

So, I would say, at this point, that there are many stocks that I could have put in the best chart in the technology sector. I had to choose one, and Dale was a very good choice.
