$META

Meta's AI intelligence sales offer higher margins than computing; current models (e.g., MetaSpark Max) validate this thesis, making the stock undervalued at ~19 P/E.

Now, the second arrow is Meta. I think Meta is another crazy one. Currently, it costs around $600. Meta's price-to-earnings ratio is also insane, around 19. This stock was much cheaper before, and we were talking about it in this channel when it was below the 500 level .

For me, what is that one thing that is outside the scope of evaluation? I think the market is not taking into account its potential in selling artificial intelligence. Many people want Mark Zuckerberg to sell computing, but Mark Zuckerberg said in recent earnings: "We believe there will still be much higher profit margins in selling intelligence than in selling computing outright ."

We believe there is a significant opportunity, obviously, to sell computing as well. I think you're asking which area is most likely to grow the most, but I'm very optimistic that we'll see significant growth in all of these areas.

So, I really want to focus more on the top part , don't I?

Mark can sell the computing business if he wants to. I see it as similar to SpaceX; they will likely be able to sell it at a great price. But he believes that selling intelligence will be a higher-margin product, because that is why companies like Anthropic and OpenAI are achieving tremendous success.

But in order to be able to sell intelligence, you need to have great models. Unfortunately, this is something Meta lacked. Until recently, wasn't that so?

There are reports that MetaSpark Max, which is currently unavailable, will be at a level close to Fable 5.1 or Cloud Ops 5. This is a high level and it's coming in strong. If you are truly in this market and possess this kind of intelligence, the market will come to you and you will be able to sell AI tokens.

You will be able to sell artificial intelligence. As Mark mentioned, this is a very profitable thing compared to selling computing, which is already profitable in the current field.

As for Meta Platforms, I think the AI story will end very well for them . Obviously, I may be wrong, but my thesis, based on current research and such criteria, tells me that they are moving in the right direction.

Now, speaking of competition, the perfect example is Meta, isn't it? Introducing MetaMuse, your personal AI agent from Meta that gets things done in every part of your life. So, we see this as being like, “This week has been busy, help me keep up with school emails.” He checks school emails. It gives you a list. One of the messages is about a list of supplies that came from the teacher, for example. Muse will go ahead and get everything ready for you. It sort of creates the order. Everything is done; artificial intelligence does the shopping, books meetings, and writes drafts. This is something other companies have already done. But Muse, remember that Meta has this huge ecosystem and it does a lot of things. He performs actual tasks on your behalf. But what excites me is that Meta is a platform with tremendous reach to the community. If more and more people are going to need to use artificial intelligence, especially something like an AI agent, it will only increase the adoption rate between humans and artificial intelligence. People will say, "Oh, I can use artificial intelligence for this, and for this, and for that." This will increase computing needs. I actually think this is very positive for Meta, because I think they've also started a monthly subscription now with this Muse model as well. And that's exactly what Mark Zuckerberg has been talking about in the past, isn't it? Mark Zuckerberg stated that he believes selling artificial intelligence will have higher profit margins than selling computing. And now he is doing that, isn't he? That's exactly what they're doing with this Muse. So, Muse AI, let me take a closer look at whether they have prices here or anything like that. Perhaps not here at the moment. But I think there is some form of pricing around $20 or more if you want to use some of these AI agents.

Even competitors like Meta, who were really big on open software platforms, don't come close to what Nvidia has done , do they?
