Nvidia and AMD have just completely changed the artificial intelligence market . Nvidia has just announced a massive share buyback program. They have announced a new innovation in the security of AI agents , which is impressive given how quickly they are moving.

Nvidia is changing the entire market and that makes me very excited about what's happening. We see that the stock rose by about 1.7% during the day. In after-hours trading, the stock rose by approximately 0.25%.

First, Nvidia announces a $150 billion increase in its share buyback authorization, bringing the total remaining program to $235 billion . This is crazy.

This company could buy many companies with this type of money, couldn't it? It is truly impressive.

I think Jensen and the team are trying to demonstrate that and give confidence to investors, right ? Because Nvidia saying this means, "Hey, I believe the AI market is still in its early stages .

I'd rather continue investing in myself. I'd rather spend another $235 billion buying back shares of the company with a market capitalization of $5 trillion ." I think that shows a lot of optimism and confidence on the part of management, don't you ?

Rather than putting it elsewhere, right? If they're investing $235 billion , it's because they believe that money will be worth much more in the future. The company expects to execute the entire remaining program through fiscal year 2028.

Right now, they're in fiscal year 2027. They're already halfway there. So, they're saying that over the next 18 months or so, they're going to spend this $235 billion on buybacks.

That's crazy, especially when I show you this picture , right? That if you add up the buyback programs of the last 10 years, it barely reaches 100 billion, right ? In the last 10 years .

So, it shows how they're going to spend $235 billion in just the next 18 months.

Jensen continues, " Nvidia's growth Powered by a unique, once-in-a-generation platform shift toward artificial intelligence and accelerated computing,” Jensen adds, “our cash generation gives us the ability to invest in technologies that drive this shift and return capital to shareholders.”

This mandate reflects our confidence in the long- term opportunities ahead.

Again, if they are investing all this money, it’s because they believe that what they are buying now will multiply in value in the future. And I think that inspires a lot of confidence when the company is currently trading at a forward P/E ratio of around 19.

And those numbers are based on analyst forecasts. I’m pretty sure the actual P/E ratio for the next 12 months will be even cheaper than that, right? It’ll probably be around 17 or even 16, because analysts are still underestimating Nvidia’s growth potential .

So, I’m sure Nvidia is reviewing its financials and asking itself, “Where can I get a better return on my money right now?” "And it's impressive to see that one of these options, and the one they're going to be heavily investing in, is Nvidia stock.

So, the market loves that, loves that approach. Obviously , compared to the company's market capitalization, it's not a huge amount, but it's close, is n't it? To about 5 %, isn't it?

That's 5%. That's not insignificant, is it? It's not a small thing, is it? 10% means a $ 500 billion buyback, but 5% isn't small.

So, they have a lot of confidence in the company, and that excites me as an investor.

Next, we have another event. Nvidia launched the Open Agent Safety platform to secure agents from testing to deployment. And I think that's really interesting, right?

Nvidia is really good at this. When Nvidia sees a problem, instead of complaining or whining or doing nothing , they get up to speed and work on it, right ? They put in the effort.

So, Nvidia created this open-source solution to improve the safety of AI agents . And they've shown that a lot of people are already working with them. Companies like Anthropic, companies like SpaceX, and Perplexity.

But Nvidia saw that there was a problem with the AI infrastructure, didn't they ? So They ended up turning to Neo Cloud. There was a problem with building data centers, so they offered the DGX platform.

There were funding issues, so they stepped in and got it done, right ? They don't just complain about it. They implement it. Now there's an issue with agent security and safety.

So instead of complaining, they're building a solution.

They stated that OpenShell provides secure operating boundaries that track all actions and enforce policies while the agents are running on Nvidia Vera CPUs. They mentioned that you can run it on third-party computing platforms, including those from ARM and Intel.

They also mentioned that Century is adding an out-of-band monitoring system running on Nvidia BlueField 4 CPUs to constantly monitor agent behavior. Century can isolate agents that try to move outside their boundaries in fractions of a second.

Now, there are a few things I've gleaned from here. First, Nvidia has a lot of great solutions and a lot of excellent products that they can use to continue building this integrated ecosystem, right ?

This integrated ecosystem. I think that's great.

The other thing is that it seems there's a certain computing power that will be dedicated solely to safety and monitoring, right ? You go and that also limits the computing pool , right?

If you now have, say, 100 gigawatts of computing, but within that 100 gigawatts, you have to spend 10 gigawatts on monitoring computing. So you effectively only have 90 gigawatts of computing, right ?

So, if the story of AI agents continues to grow, your need for safety and monitoring is likely to grow as well.

So, it's an interesting move if you look at it from a very broad perspective , right? In terms of how this could change the computing narrative. That's more than I'm trying to say, isn't it?

We need to do more research on this, but it shows that safety right now might bring more demand for computing, which is very positive for semiconductor companies, new cloud players, and anyone who has Effective power.

Now, I want to talk about this. I mentioned that one of the players I haven't seen in person, and I might be mistaken, was Open AI in that partnership with Nvidia.

Clem, the CEO of Hugging Face, points to the company that had Open AI. From what we know, take it with a grain of salt; we need more transparency. If Open AI had been running this on their agents attacking us, they would have caught them before we did, wouldn't they ?

And this is him retweeting Jensen Huang's post about Open Shell and Century. So, this is a world , and the main incident that raises a lot of concerns in this AI story is: if this really worked, they wouldn't have had an incident, or the incident would have been much more controlled. And I think that says a lot.

Again, this clearly demonstrates how fast Nvidia moves . And I think innovation is the main system where Nvidia continues to excel. Maybe Open AI will say more and call Jensen and say, " Yes, we'll sign that letter and we'll use that solution called Century and that solution called Watchdog." Maybe we really need it. Here at our company.

Another big piece of news for Nvidia , as Anthropic has reportedly now contracted for 2.6 GW of Nvidia's AI infrastructure with shipments through 2028. Across cloud providers, Neo Cloud's contracts are now worth over $180 billion.

They also have 15-year data center leases starting in fiscal year 2028-2029. These are expected to be allocated to third parties.

So, this is quite interesting here with Anthropic and Nvidia, isn't it? Obviously, the world and other players are trying to raise concerns about Anthropic not using Nvidia or going for something else.

They're spending a lot of money there, and their partners are spending a lot of money there too. So, I'm really not going to worry about Nvidia.

As I mentioned, Nvidia gave us a massive confidence boost by increasing this mandate by $150 billion. Crazy. Crazy.

I'm eager to see if they'll increase it further. Dividends, too. Are we going to see a huge dividend payout for Nvidia shareholders? I'm very excited to see that, too.

Because Nvidia has released open-source AI models in the past , hasn't it? In various industries, in robotics, in automotive, even just in text, hasn't it? Nematoron, AlphaMai, the list goes on.

Nvidia did that, while AMD didn't, right? That's quite clear.

So, it's a bit different from what Nvidia is doing , and I don't necessarily think that's a bad sign.
