Oracle is undervalued due to excessive focus on negative news; its strong cloud momentum and competitive advantages support a bullish view where the stock price should reflect these fundamentals.

But the same concerns that may have started to surface a little in some people over the summer regarding spending cash flow and everything, Oracle in many ways was a kind of model for this kind of influence on the part of some of these broadband cloud companies.
You have received a force majeure notice today. I am interested to know your opinion on this, as it perhaps represents the opposite, or less optimistic, side of the news we have received about artificial intelligence today.
So, it's interesting. I will be at the Oracle Global AI Conference in two weeks. I was speaking with my contact there. I will attend Investors Day. So, I'm going to spend some time with Clay and the team.
I think what everyone is focused on is looking for bad news related to Oracle. It seems the company has become a magnet for this kind of bad news. I think that's something people are ignoring, and I was speaking with a representative from Oracle earlier today about this very fact .
Look at what Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft have done to build their large-scale cloud computing businesses. They have been doing that for the past twenty years . Oracle has been doing this for the past ten years.
There is an element of trying to catch up , but look at the momentum Oracle has with OCI.
Look at what they do to place their infrastructure inside other cloud providers. So, you see the OCI infrastructure within Amazon, within Google, and within Microsoft. The sovereign nature of their solutions has enabled them to have a smaller footprint than some other cloud-scale companies.
Sovereignty is a huge issue, especially in Europe. Therefore, Oracle has experienced this tremendous growth.
I think people are looking for bad news and are not giving Oracle the credit it deserves for some of those investments. People tend to overemphasize certain aspects of their focus, such as blue apps, limited partnerships, and the open AI component.
They are overemphasizing the issue , forgetting that Oracle is building a very strong cloud business that is gaining momentum.
I am now talking about OCI as the fourth provider of broadband cloud. This is the progress Clay and the team have made over the past two or three years, establishing themselves in the same conversation as Amazon, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
If people took those valuations attributed to cloud-scale companies and applied them to Oracle's business, I think the stock price would be better. This completely ignores their work in institutions, their portfolio of projects, and what they are doing around Cerner to compete, which is arguably the second largest electronic patient record company in the world.
Look at their tight control over data through databases. This is a company with tremendous competitive advantages, and it is building a profitable infrastructure that is deployed with other cloud providers and in its own cloud.
I am very optimistic about Oracle. I think the industry is looking for bad news, but there is a lot to be optimistic about once you look beyond the news and focus on the business fundamentals.
