“How To Know When To Sell An Overvalued Stock | FAST Graphs”
$RTXBearish
RTX is significantly overvalued; mean reversion could lead to a 14% annualized loss despite potential earnings growth.

Next one here would be the old Rathon RTX. This is a combination of Rathon and United Technologies. And here the stock is getting crazy overvalued relative to its historical norms and it's crazy overvalued relative to forecasting.

So you give a chance of earnings to grow at over 10% and you could lose 14% annualized if and when the stock reverts to the mean. And again that period of time is not determinal.

$RTXBullish
RTX business outlook is positive due to urgent need to restock depleted missile supplies and its dominance in the field.

Do you have any thoughts at all on RTX? RTX Corporation. >> RTX. Now that is Let me just pull that one up here. >> Rathon Missilemaker. >> Oh, Rathon. Okay. Yeah. I mean I mean look business is going to be good for Rathon.

Um, we burned out our missile supply. And I have a question for the last five presidents. What war were you ready to fight? Because it wasn't one with Russia or China that we could have run out of missiles so very quickly.

Um, look, Rathon's a major contractor in the missile industry. We have to not only completely restock, we have to reimag exactly how we're managing our defense stocks here. Because in my opinion, I just had this conversation with some guys last night.

This is a national disgrace. And I'm not pointing by any means at this administration. I'm pointing at the last five or six. We should have had mus missiles in stock ready for a year-long war with China.

And we gave a few missiles to Ukraine. We used some in Iran and we're almost out. Yeah. No, that's that's horrific. Um, so yeah, you know, Rathon, anybody else connected with drones and missiles, I mean, anytime there's weakness, if you get a market crash, the first thing you go now is uh going to be miss, you know, defense stocks.

>> Okay. So So it sounds like I'm just kind of cutting through some of the commentary. It sounds like you like this, especially if it comes in to to any >> Yeah. They dominate.

They dominate the missile field, right? You know, the interceptors as well as the attack missiles. They're a dominant player. This is an area where we're going to have to spend a ton of money.

“Defense Stocks Stand Down: Why NOC, LMT, RTX & Others Lag Amid U.S.-Iran War”
$RTXBullish
RTX is oversold and positioned for a pre-earnings rebound.

larger backlog of orders for defense contractors such as Raytheon, Boeing, Lockheed, and Northrop, which leads to increased production, and therefore increased revenue and free cash flow for these companies.

I looked at RTX, which is still having a good year with a gain of about 10%, but we saw it fall by about 5% this week, and 10% overall from its recent all-time highs . So I looked at something upward.

Implied volatility levels are low, and the technically-based Relative Strength Index is reaching the low thirties, possibly indicating an oversold situation at this point.

“Is RTX a Safe Dividend Stock to Buy?”
$RTXBullish
Reiterate buy rating on RTX with low conviction; strong order growth is offset by poor profitability metrics and expensive valuation.

Raytheon informed investors of a surge in orders for its products, especially from international customers. Raytheon secured nearly $20 billion in awards during its most recently completed quarter with international demand remaining exceeding $10 billion for the first half of the year, more than doubling from the same time last year.
