You are correct. This has nothing to do with the Clarity Act, but as you know, Marley, Apple is my stock pick of the year. It remains that and we haven't talked about it since we've had these new releases and yesterday we had a new iOS which introduced a lot of new artificial intelligence features and tools that I think bodess again to being the consumer pick for artificial intelligence because it's deeply integrated especially with their new product lineup.

You can even utilize Tik Tok to see how much people are searching for these things, which tells you how important marketing is in this new day and age. And Apple, I think, checks all those those boxes.

There is certainly noise around it. Noise is good whether it's good or bad noise. It just means that the message is getting out there. Now Apple from a consumer perspective if you are an individual and you want to run AI on your own specific network or your own computer at home as an individual you're utilizing Mac products. that Mac Mini has gone viral simply just to run AI on your own systems.
And so that's why I'm I'm reiterating this. Apple is now has a new CEO that's focused on product. And I think we're going to see that with this latest release of the the latest iOS with some really great enhancements, which is just a slow trickle move into utilizing AI, but more into that broader ecosystem of Apple.
So, I think rates are still a challenge for the overall market, but Apple still remains one of my top picks for the consumer AI reason.

As we look at Apple, we know they got a really nice pop off of their product launch event, their surprise and shine event, which is actually out of the normal for them. What are you seeing in the technicals?

Yeah. So, uh a big drop off is what we saw after earnings. We hit our highs 34457 and then a big haircut very shortly after that here showing that we had this uh uh uh earnings event on the 30th here that that slipped lower.
So now from there uh we had a double bottom type of low uh here and here 300 and 313. We also then filled the gap 329 or 330 or so is where that one uh uh was um filled. But we also had another smaller gap that formed just before earnings.
So that one is at 337. We did not quite fill that area, but uh we came quite close. So now now we are uh retreating back to around 330 here. We're still within the confines of our channel shape.

So now our moving averages in this case uh show a much different picture. They are all in the uh uh not correct order, I guess, but the most bullish order with the fastest from the slowest.
And then we can see as well that they're continuing to diverge farther apart from each other. So if they start to converge toward each other and move closer together, it would be starting to to show signs of trend disruption here or a possible trend change.
So we are now touching on our our uh 5day EMA here, 32838, our dark blue line. So that's our closest one. 21day is at 321 just below that.

But now we're kind of back where where we started at least in terms of being inside the pattern. Still we remain above the 50 midline here. So more of a bullish trajectory.
